Welcome to MeloMotorsports (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. General Conditions

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and agree to comply with all applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

2. Products & Use

MeloMotorsports sells automotive parts, components, and related services. We do not guarantee:

  • Fitment for all vehicles unless explicitly stated
  • Compatibility with your specific setup
  • Performance results

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify proper application before purchase.

3. Off-Road / Racing Use Only Disclaimer

Certain products sold by MeloMotorsports are intended for off-road or racing use only and may not be legal for use on public roads.

By purchasing these products, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws
  • These products may not meet emissions or safety regulations
  • Installation and use is at your own risk

MeloMotorsports makes no representation that any product complies with emissions laws, including but not limited to the Clean Air Act or similar international regulations.

MeloMotorsports is not liable for:

  • Fines, penalties, or legal issues
  • Failed inspections or emissions tests
  • Registration or road-use violations

4. Installation & Use Disclaimer

All products should be installed by a qualified professional.

MeloMotorsports is not responsible for:

  • Improper installation
  • Misuse or abuse
  • Damage caused by product use
  • Mechanical failure resulting from installation or use

Use of performance or modified parts may void manufacturer warranties.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

Unless otherwise stated, all products are sold:

  • “As-is” and “with all faults”

We disclaim all implied warranties including:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose

Used parts and custom components carry no warranty unless explicitly stated in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeloMotorsports shall not be liable for:

  • Labor costs
  • Loss of use
  • Vehicle damage
  • Personal injury
  • Incidental or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

7. Orders & Payments

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order
  • Limit quantities
  • Cancel suspected fraudulent transactions

Prices are subject to change without notice.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only. Once an order has shipped, MeloMotorsports is not responsible for carrier delays or delivery issues.

9. International Orders (Canada & United Kingdom)

We ship internationally, including to Canada and the United Kingdom.

By placing an international order, you agree to the following:

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Import duties, taxes, VAT, and customs fees are NOT included in the purchase price
  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility

Canada

Orders may be subject to GST/HST and import duties upon delivery. MeloMotorsports does not collect Canadian taxes at checkout.

United Kingdom

Orders may be subject to VAT and import duties. MeloMotorsports does not collect VAT at checkout. Carriers may charge additional handling or clearance fees.

MeloMotorsports is not responsible for:

  • Customs delays
  • Additional fees charged after shipment
  • Packages refused due to unpaid duties/taxes

If a package is returned due to refusal or non-payment:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs may be deducted
  • A restocking fee may apply

10. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns must be approved prior to being sent back
  • Items must be unused and in original condition

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

  • Deny returns
  • Charge restocking fees

Custom, special-order, and used parts are non-refundable.

11. Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing from MeloMotorsports, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (logos, images, text) is the property of MeloMotorsports and may not be used without permission.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.
