Refund policy

At MeloMotorsports, we strive to provide quality automotive parts and services. Due to the nature of our products, the following policy applies to all returns and refunds.


1. Return Eligibility

Returns must meet the following conditions:

  • Requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • Must include all original packaging

Returns must be approved prior to being sent back.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Used or installed parts
  • Electrical components
  • Custom, modified, or special-order items
  • Clearance or final sale items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at melomotorsports@gmail.com with your order number
  • Wait for return approval and instructions

Unauthorized returns may be refused.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

If an item is returned damaged due to poor packaging, a refund may be denied.


5. Restocking Fees

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee (up to 20%) depending on the item and condition.


6. Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 3–7 business days

We reserve the right to deny refunds if items do not meet return conditions.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the item and packaging

We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment only.

Once an order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process.


9. International Orders

For orders shipped outside the United States (including Canada and the United Kingdom):

  • Duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refused shipments may be subject to return shipping and restocking fees

10. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item:

  • Place a new order
  • Return the original item (if eligible)
