Shipping policy

At MeloMotorsports, we work to process and ship orders as quickly and accurately as possible.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays
  • Processing times may be extended during high order volume or for custom items

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package size and weight
  • Destination
  • Selected shipping method

We may ship using carriers such as:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • USPS

3. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

MeloMotorsports is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather delays
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery

4. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages
  • Additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, MeloMotorsports is not liable for:

  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Delayed shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the packaging and item

We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.


6. Signature Requirements

We reserve the right to require a signature on delivery for high-value orders.


7. International Shipping

We ship internationally, including to Canada and the United Kingdom.

By placing an international order, you agree that:

  • Shipping times may vary significantly
  • Import duties, taxes, VAT, and customs fees are not included in your order total
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

MeloMotorsports is not responsible for:

  • Customs delays
  • Additional fees charged by the destination country
  • Packages held or seized by customs

If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid duties/taxes:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund
  • A restocking fee may apply

8. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on availability.


9. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may not be eligible for shipping to specific locations due to:

  • Legal restrictions
  • Carrier limitations

We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be shipped.
